  THE WEST AFRICAN REGIONAL OFFICE (WARO) OF UNITED CITIES AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF AFRICA (UCGLA) LOOKING FOR 2 ARIAL TECHNICAL OFFICERS    For the implementation of the project on Supporting and Strengthening Local Government Associations at ACP National and Regional Levels (ARIAL), the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa – West Africa Regional Office (WARO) is looking for 2 technical officers.  1. SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER OF THE ARIAL PROJECT, FULL-TIME POSITION

JUNIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER OF THE ARIAL PROJECT, FULL-TIME POSITION  The junior technical officer will support the senior technical officer in his/her key-responsibilities.  Qualifications for junior technical officer:  - University degree in a relevant field - Proven analytical skills - Experience with local governments in the Western African region - Experience in project management and knowledge of financial management is an asset - Good French language skills, good knowledge of English is an asset.  Nationals from the Western African region, especially women and minority groups, are encouraged to apply.  - - - - - -
